Mango-Ginger Smoothie

This smoothie delivers half of your vitamin A for the day.  Try this with
breakfast or as a post-workout snack.  Thanks to the mango and the yogurt,
it has 16 times the vitamin A and 5 times the calcium of a cup of orange juice.  

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

1 ripe mango, peeled, seeded and chopped
3/4 cup crushed ice
1/2 cup low fat vanilla, pineapple or pina colada yogurt
1/2 cup cold water
3/4 tsp. minced crystallized ginger or peeled fresh ginger

Combine ingredients in a blender and process on high speed
until smooth.  Serve immediately.
